The Man Behind the Fast Rise of Caffe Bene:

“…The Seoul-based coffee franchiser started in April 2008 and there are now 540 outlets around the country. That means a new Caffe Bene has opened every two days or so for the last three years.

Which is a lot even for coffee-obsessed South Korea. By contrast, Starbucks opened in Korea in 1999 and has 381 outlets around the country…”
